The seminar Towards sustainable food research. Early results from European project INPROFOOD will be held on Monday, 10 December, 2012, 5 p.m.-7 p.m., at the Centrale del Latte, Vicenza, with the participation of Dr. Enrico Novelli (Department of Public Health, Comparative Pathology and Veterinary Hygiene – University of Padova). The seminar will be coordinated by Giuseppe Pellegrini (Observa).
